What Are Carrier Oils?

Carrier oils, or fixed oils, are naturally-ocurring oils extracted from plants, flowers, nuts, and seeds. However, they differ in properties compared to Carrier oils and contain fat-soluble vitamins including Vitamin a, Vitamin D, Vitamin E, and Vitamin K.

Carrier oils are blended with Carrier oils to produce arometherapy products. The right mix of Carrier oils and carrier oils should result in a solution that provides the strong smell of the Carrier oil with the lubricating properties of the carrier oil
